Jordan has always seen the world a little differently. Because of a genetic condition, fitting into the traditional corporate world hasn’t been easy. But what Jordan may lack in conventional academic paths, he makes up for with creativity, patience, and a unique way of seeing possibilities where others don’t.
WHERE IT BEGAN
From Curiosity to Creation
During periods of load shedding in South Africa, when candles became part of everyday life, Jordan began experimenting with melted wax. What started as simple curiosity soon grew into something more — a meaningful creative outlet and a skill he could call his own.
THE MEANING BEHIND THE NAME
A name inspired
by light and identity
When it came time to create a brand name and logo, inspiration came from a deeply personal place. Jordan’s second name would have been Tristan. From there, the letter “i” sparked a powerful idea: a candle with a flame — a small but striking light in the darkness.

What began as wax and flame became something far more meaningful — a symbol of independence, creativity, and hope. Each candle tells a story — Jordan’s story — of building something of his own, one small light at a time.
